When a visitor submits a contact, enquiry, quotation, registration or lead form, WebWMS2U can automatically send a WhatsApp message to the visitor, the website administrator, or both — with different rules for different forms.
Download Plugin Start Free TrialUse the information already entered into your WordPress form — such as name, email, phone number, product interest or service requested — to trigger useful WhatsApp communication immediately after submission.
Designed for websites that use several forms for different purposes and need different WhatsApp actions for each one.
Create independent rules for your contact form, quotation form, registration form, download form and other lead forms.
Send to the visitor, the site administrator, or both. Each recipient can receive a different message.
Use editable text messages or saved WebWMS2U templates with numbered parameter mapping.
If your saved WebWMS2U template contains an image, video, audio file or document, the existing API can deliver it with the template.
Tell each rule which submitted field contains the visitor's phone, name and email, then use other form fields as placeholders.
Require a configured form field to contain an accepted consent value before the rule sends any message.
Convert local numbers using your default country code. For Malaysia, set the default code to 60.
Use API idempotency and view masked diagnostic logs without storing the full message body in the plugin log.
Version 1.0.0 includes adapters for several widely used WordPress form systems, plus a developer hook for custom integrations.
| Form system | Rule identifier | Typical field key |
|---|---|---|
| Contact Form 7 | Form ID | your-name, your-email, your-phone |
| WPForms | Form ID | Numeric field ID or normalized field label |
| Gravity Forms | Form ID | Numeric field ID or normalized field label |
| Elementor Pro Forms | Form Name | Elementor field ID |
| Ninja Forms | Form ID | Field key or numeric field ID |
| Fluent Forms | Form ID | Input name |
| Custom form systems | Developer-defined | Developer-defined associative field keys |
Form-plugin compatibility depends on the form provider continuing to expose its documented submission hooks. Test the plugin with the specific form versions installed on your WordPress site before production use.
Confirm that an enquiry was received while notifying the website operator immediately on WhatsApp.
Send an acknowledgement to the prospect and alert the sales team with the prospect's submitted contact details.
Collect name, email and WhatsApp number, then send a saved template containing the requested PDF, image or information.
Send listing information to the prospect and a new-lead alert to the responsible property agent.
Send course information or registration details after a prospect submits an enquiry form.
Send a confirmation or information pack after a registration form is submitted, while also notifying the organiser.
Use a phone connected to WebWMS2U through a Personal connection.
Create or select your Personal, Meta Cloud or Coexistence connection and create an API key for that connection.
Download webwms2u-forms-messaging.zip. In WordPress, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, install and activate it.
Open Settings > WebWMS2U Forms. Enter the API key, default administrator WhatsApp number and country code. Malaysia uses 60.
Click Verify API Key & Load Templates. The plugin detects whether the key belongs to Personal WhatsApp or Meta Cloud / Coexistence and caches the available saved templates.
Open the Rules tab and choose Add Rule. Give the rule a descriptive name, select the form provider, and enter the form ID or form name used by that provider. Each form can have its own independent rule, so a contact form, quotation form and brochure-download form can all perform different actions.
Enter the submitted field keys that contain the visitor's phone number, name and email address. The phone field is required when sending to the visitor. If you are unsure of a field key, make a test submission and use the detected field-key information shown by the plugin.
Enable Visitor, Administrator, or both. Visitor messages are sent to the mapped phone field. Administrator messages use the default administrator number from General Settings unless you enter a different administrator number for that rule.
Configure visitor and administrator messages independently. In Text mode, type the message and use form placeholders. In Template mode, select a saved WebWMS2U template and map any numbered template parameters. For Meta Cloud or Coexistence visitor messages outside an open service window, use an approved Meta template.
If your form includes a WhatsApp consent checkbox, configure its field key and accepted value in the rule. The plugin will only perform the configured messaging action when that consent condition is satisfied. Your website operator remains responsible for presenting suitable consent wording and privacy information.
Save the rule, submit the actual form on a staging or test page, and check Settings > WebWMS2U Forms > Logs. Confirm that the correct rule matched, the intended recipient was selected and WebWMS2U accepted the request before enabling the workflow on a production form.
Create a normal WhatsApp message and insert values from the submitted form.
Choose a saved WebWMS2U template ID and map numbered template variables to form values.
The rule can optionally require a consent field such as whatsapp_consent to contain an accepted value before messages are sent.
The plugin's own diagnostic log stores a masked recipient number and API result instead of the full message body. Your form plugin may separately store the actual submission according to its own configuration.
By default, the plugin schedules WebWMS2U API calls through WordPress WP-Cron so the visitor does not need to wait for the WhatsApp API request before seeing the form confirmation.
If background scheduling is unavailable, the plugin can fall back to an immediate API request.
A submitted form can acknowledge the visitor, deliver requested information and notify your team — automatically through WebWMS2U.
