WebWMS2U Ordering Module

Ordering module pricing and credit examples

Plan the subscription, outlet, platform credit and storage costs of a WhatsApp ordering service for your business.

A simple add-on with one outlet included

Launch pricing for your business. Start with one outlet and add branches as you grow. Prices and storage arrangements are subject to your confirmed quotation.

Ordering module

RM39 / month equivalent

RM468 billed annually

One outlet included. Catalogue setup tools, order management, notifications, preview and reporting. Requires a compatible base WebWMS2U subscription.

Each additional outlet

RM19 / month equivalent

RM228 billed annually per outlet

Additional branch allowance within the same shop account. Independent outlet settings, with shared or different menus. Contact us to add another outlet.

Optional storage expansion

RM15 / month equivalent

RM180 annually per additional 5 GB

Additional storage for your Ordering account. Starting allowance: 2 GB per account, plus 0.5 GB for each extra outlet. We will confirm the capacity you need in your quotation.

Module fees exclude the base subscription, additional platform credits, applicable Meta charges, extra devices/numbers, optional onboarding and applicable taxes. Your quoted Ordering subscription does not add a percentage commission on order value. Self-service configuration is included; optional assisted onboarding is available by quotation at RM150 once, for one shop and one outlet with setup guidance and one test order. Bulk menu entry, image editing and custom integrations are separately quoted.

Make everyday ordering easier on your team

Give your staff time back

Let customers choose products, quantities and extras without tying up a team member at every step. Ordering module access is RM39/month equivalent, billed annually at RM468; base subscription and message usage are separate. Your team still controls acceptance, bank verification and fulfilment.

Message usage that follows demand

Start with the catalogue and outlet you need. Message credits follow the WhatsApp interactions your customers and staff use, so a quiet month consumes fewer credits than a busy one. Annual subscription fees still apply; there is no need to buy a higher-volume Ordering tier simply because sales grow.

Build your own direct ordering channel

Bring repeat customers back to your own WhatsApp number. Keep control of your menu, customer communication and order approval, with no percentage-of-order-value charge in the quoted Ordering subscription. Arrange pickup or your own delivery service.

Starter currently lists RM588/year with 1,000 annual credits and Personal WhatsApp support. Growth lists RM1,188/year with 5,000 annual credits and support for your own Meta number. Shared provider Meta numbers are not supported for Ordering. Check current plan eligibility and prices before choosing; the plan’s credit allocation is annual, not monthly.

What a simple order uses

Use 25–35 platform credits as a planning range for a straightforward one- or two-product order. This is not a fixed fee or a cap. The examples below assume one active outlet, reliable automatic phone capture, no modifiers, no extra browsing, one unsplit reply per step, one merchant WhatsApp new-order alert and staff using the dashboard/private link. Pickup assumes Pay on pickup; a pickup QR receipt upload adds one merchant WhatsApp alert credit.

Accepted, payment verified, preparing, ready and completed updates5 credits5 credits
Pickup total24 credits28 credits
Delivery address exchange and one merchant receipt-upload alert+3 credits+3 credits
Delivery with QR total27 credits31 credits

At an illustrative RM0.04 per credit, those totals are RM0.96/RM1.12 for pickup and RM1.08/RM1.24 for delivery with QR. This shows credit usage value only; base/module fees and Meta charges are separate. Actual credit pack pricing and unused included annual credits affect the amount you need to top up.

Two units of the same product use the same selection and quantity exchange as one unit. Two different products require another selection and quantity exchange.

Estimate your annual budget

Estimated platform credits per order28

Estimated annual budget

Excludes Meta charges, other account messaging, optional onboarding, device/number add-ons and applicable taxes.

The estimator assumes the same volume for 12 months, five customer lifecycle updates including payment verification, one merchant new-order alert and (for delivery) one receipt-upload alert. Outlet counts above one include a two-credit selection step. Only enter included credits genuinely available for Ordering; other account activity shares the same balance. Base fees, rates and quotas are editable planning assumptions. Top-up pack rounding, credit expiry and future price changes are not modelled. No information is sent or saved by the calculator.

More orders spread your fixed costs further

See what 50, 100, 500 or more orders a month could cost. The average below includes the base subscription, Ordering, selected outlets/storage and estimated credit top-ups. It is not a new subscription tier or an automatic bulk discount.

That is the commission alone in this illustration. Your actual delivery-platform agreement may have a different rate, fees, services and promotional terms.

Cost when using our system

A simple one-product WhatsApp pickup order

RM0.96 message usage example

24 platform credits × RM0.04, including one merchant WhatsApp alert and five customer updates. Base/Ordering subscriptions and applicable Meta fees are separate. A two-product example uses RM1.12 in message credits.

Build a direct channel for customers who already know your business. You arrange pickup or delivery and remain responsible for staff, fulfilment and payment checks. Delivery platforms may also provide customer discovery, rider services and promotions; these are different services and are not included in WebWMS2U. This comparison illustrates two cost components, not guaranteed total savings.

Storage grows with receipts as well as product pictures

A suggested starting allowance is 2 GB for the Ordering account, with another 0.5 GB per extra outlet. This is a total retained-data allowance, not a fresh allocation each year. Expansion can be arranged if your catalogue, receipts and history grow. Please prepare compressed product images before uploading and ask us about additional capacity as your records grow.

For planning, 200 product photos at 300 KB each use roughly 60 MB. At 300 orders a month, one 250 KB receipt for every order adds about 900 MB a year, and a 25 KB combined order/log allowance adds another 90 MB. That is roughly 1.05 GB in the first year, before extra images, indexes and backup copies. At 1,000 such orders a month, receipts and order/log data alone add about 3.3 GB a year. Actual storage depends on your image sizes, receipts and retained history.

Prepare clear compressed JPG/WebP images around 250–400 KB where practical; the current image-upload limit is 5 MB, so large originals can consume storage much faster. Shared image references avoid file copies when menus/outlets are duplicated. Repeated receipt replacements, backups, logs and retained records also need capacity planning.

Archiving hides old records but does not free storage. Contact us to discuss additional capacity, exports or a retention arrangement before removing historical records.

When are credits deducted?

  • Inbound: when Ordering processes and saves the message. Handled corrections and invalid answers within an active session count.
  • Outbound: the service reserves one credit just before sending each WhatsApp message. Queuing a new pending reply does not normally deduct its outbound credit yet.
  • Definitive failure: a reserved credit is refunded once. Uncertain submissions retain their reservation and are not automatically resent.
  • Duplicates: repeating the same provider message ID does not charge again. A newly sent customer message is a separate interaction.
  • Free activities: email, account preview, setup and browser order actions use no Ordering message credits. Their resulting WhatsApp notifications are charged.
