4. Use of WhatsApp Messaging

We provide a smart WhatsApp messaging system that enables automation, message processing, and API/webhook integration through WhatsApp Web and/or WhatsApp Business APIs.

4.1 Web WhatsApp Session Handling

Our system may connect to WhatsApp using secure authenticated sessions via the official WhatsApp Web interface, using an open-source library. This allows real-time message handling for automation features (e.g., auto-replies, bot triggers, contact syncing).

Once a session is authenticated, WhatsApp will forward all incoming messages to our server infrastructure in real time. These messages are decrypted by WhatsApp and accessible to the system. However, we:

• Do not store message content unless explicitly required for service functions (e.g. logs or scheduled responses)
• Do not share message content with third parties
• May log metadata (e.g., sender ID, timestamp) for diagnostic or analytical purposes

Please avoid sending sensitive personal information (e.g. passwords, credit card numbers, health data) through WhatsApp, as the messages, while encrypted in transit, are processed by our system for delivery and automation purposes.

By communicating with us on WhatsApp, you consent to this handling of message data as part of the service functionality.

4.2 WhatsApp Business API via Meta

Where applicable, our system may also interact with Meta’s WhatsApp Business API. In such cases, Meta acts as a data processor and:

• Processes data only under our instructions
• Maintains strict confidentiality and security standards
• Notifies us of data breaches promptly
• Assists in meeting legal and regulatory data protection obligations
• Manages its subprocessors under appropriate terms
• Deletes or returns data upon termination of service (except where required by law)
