How It Works

  1. Sign Up for an account and get your API key.
  2. Install the Webwms2u WooCommerce WhatsApp plugin on your WordPress site.
  3. Enter your API key and admin WhatsApp number in the plugin settings.
  4. Enable notifications for order events (New, Processing, Completed, Cancelled).
  5. Place a test order or click "Send Test Message" to verify notifications are working.
  6. Check the plugin Logs tab to confirm API responses and delivery status.

Installation Guide

Step 1: Download the Plugin

Go to the Webwms2u plugin download page and download the webwms2u-for-woocommerce.zip file.

Step 2: Log in to WordPress

Access your WordPress admin dashboard (e.g., https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin).

Step 3: Upload the Plugin
  • Navigate to Plugins > Add New.
  • Click Upload Plugin at the top.
  • Select the downloaded webwms2u-woocommerce-whatsapp.zip file and click Install Now.
Step 4: Activate the Plugin

Click Activate Plugin once the installation finishes. The plugin menu will appear in the sidebar.

Step 5: Configure Plugin Settings
  • Go to WMS2U WhatsApp > Settings.
  • Enter your API Key and Admin WhatsApp number.
  • Enable the order status notifications you want.
  • Save the settings.
Step 6: Test the Plugin

Click Send Test Message in the plugin settings and check the logs to ensure messages are sent successfully.
